Thank you for submitting your Exhibit Space Application for the Canada Women’s Expo. Our expos are taking place at the BMO Centre in Calgary on October 4, 5 & 6, 2024; at TRADEX in Abbotsford on October 18, 19 & 20, 2024; and at the Edmonton EXPO Centre on March 15 & 16, 2025.
Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Whenever possible space assignments will be made in keeping with exhibitor preferences.
Our team will carefully review your application against our exhibitor criteria. You will receive notification of our decision within 2 to 5 business days of your submission. Successful applicants will be provided with their assigned exhibit space number, booth cost, and further instructions on proceeding to the contract stage.
