General Information — Canada Women's Expo in Calgary

Forms should be sent directly to the address on each form.

We encourage you to review the information carefully including the 2024 Key Information. The individual order forms can be downloaded by clicking on the form links and in some cases the forms can be completed and submitted online. Please print off and send in the necessary forms directly to each individual supplier or submit the form online for forms with this feature. The supplier’s fax number and address is on each form.

  • To order your staff badges please complete the online Exhibitor Badge Request Form.
  • To avoid late charges and to ensure that you receive advance order discounts on rentals and services, please review the form return deadlines.

  • Alberta Health Services Special Events Food Vendor Package
    • All food and beverage vendors are required to review Alberta Heath Services’ Special Events Food Vendor Package. This information outlines the minimum requirements required to handle, prepare, or serve food and beverages at a special event in Alberta.
  • Alberta Health Services Special Event Vendor Notification
    • Mandatory for all food and beverage exhibitors that are preparing, handling, sampling, or sampling food.
    • Mandatory for all food and beverage exhibitors that are selling food for on-site consumption.

  • Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Sampling Application and Sales Commission Agreement
    • Mandatory for all food and beverage exhibitors that are preparing, handling, sampling, or sampling food.
    • Mandatory for all food and beverage exhibitors that are selling food for on-site consumption.
    • NOTE: Exhibitors that are selling packaged food and beverage product to be taken home do NOT need to complete this form.
    • NOTE: Exhibitors that are sampling and / or selling pre-packaged products for take-home consumption do not need to complete the “ITEMS FOR SALE” section. This section only applies to exhibitors selling full meals and beverages for on-site consumption.

  • Food Truck Application & Sales Commission Agreement
  • Alberta Health Services Temporary Personal Services Vendor Notification
    • Mandatory for hair services, electrolysis, tattooing, acrylic nails, laser therapy, waxing, manicure / pedicure, skin care, therapeutic touch techniques, tanning, body piercing, etc.

  • Cold Storage
    • We are currently assessing the cold storage needs for the show. If a number of exhibitors require cold storage, we will provide a complimentary cold storage unit for exhibitor use during the show.

    • Please note that this is an open block, so we encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible to secure the best rates.
  • Carpet, Furnishings, Shipping, & Advance Material Handling
    • Our official show supplier is Goodkey Show Services.
    • They provide carpet; furniture; accessories; booth furnishings packages; booth vacuuming; signage and graphics; labour and advance material handling; ground transportation and shipping.

  • Electrical, Plumbing, Parking, Internet, Banner Hanging and Food & Beverage
    • The official supplier for all of these services is the BMO Centre.

  • Stage Participation
    • In addition to our line-up of celebrity speakers and fashion shows we offer all our exhibitors the opportunity to maximize their exposure at the Canada Women’s Expo by participating with a stage presentation or demonstration. Participation for selected exhibitors is complimentary, including the use of the stage and sound system.

  • Event Insurance
    • We are pleased to announce our partnership with Duuo to offer exhibitors an easy and affordable way to secure the necessary insurance coverage at favourable rates. However, if you prefer, you may also purchase the required insurance from any provider of your choice.
